Hey there,  April and May 2022 were good for us. In April Nina Epikhina and I went to the exhibition of Bosk and Breigel next to the Church of Ioanne Voin built in 1712 at Yakimanka. It was very interesting. On April 24 we celebrated Easter at dacha. It was very warm and cosy there. In May we went to Turkey - hotel "AMARA" near Kemer. The weather was sunny but at times windy and foggy, yet I swam in the sea. Slav swam in the pool. We stayed there from Aprol 28 to May 10. In the mid May I went to the meeting with my ex-chemistry university-mates at the MSU. It was the 50th anniversary of our graduation. I saw several ex-mates but not always it was funny... Now we're looking forward to going to Dagestan (Makhachkala) on the 10th of June. I hope it'll be fine. Love and hugs to all my dearest.

March has passed very quickly with all these problems between Russia-Ukraine.(R-U) We don;t watch TV very often, but both Slav and I are tired of the flow of the bad info coming from the screen... Besides , Olia has had some problems caused by R-U conflict because in the US there are many more Us than Rs who are agressive to Rs. For example, Yana's God mother is one of them as she's from Kharkiv... Well, we visited Slav's sister Alia and her grandkids in Belgorod in mid-march and after that we stayed in Moscow for the rest of the month. My business with Cambridge exams and inspections has been temporary suspended for the known reasons. This March is very cold and snowy here, we still have snowdrifts. Anyway, I don't want to complain but the time is really hard now. Hugs to all my dearest...

Hey there, Feb's passed and the war between Russia and Ukraine began. But it'll be covered mostly in March report and now about February We had three birthdays in Feb- Marina's (15), Nana's (16) and mine (27th). Let's look at some of them:                     I got sick with Covid (Omikron) in mid Feb after watching the film "Gucci Family" in the movie theatre. My illness was awful as it was accompanied with other problems relating to my female organs. But thanks God!, I made all the medical check ups and they said I had no cancer. That'simportant!. Hugs to all my nearest and  dearest. I'll tell you more about our trip to Tbilisi next time, in the March publication.

Hey there, It's been a long since I posted last time. Many things happened and the New Year 2022 began. We had a lovely Christmas and NY holiday in Egypt, Khurgada. We stayed there till January 6 and then got back home.  Our stay there was really good, even though the weather was a bit windy and the sea not so warm for comfortable swimming (only 21C). But still it was sunny and pleasant. Here are some pics: In January we started our usual things to do: Slava - business, Me - teaching twice a week. On Thursday we usually go to a dacha. This winter is very snowy and we walk around our village with difficulty. In Moscow, I visited Zachatiev monastery to worship The God Mother but it was under quarantine  That's all about our news. We came back from Olia's on Nov 11 and then on Nov 12, I went to Tula by train. I arrived there in the evening it was already dark. I walked around the centre and got back to the "SOFYA" hotel in the centre. The centre RU152 received IR and I went back home. Tula is an old and interesting city but I saw very little of it, which is a pity. On Nov 27 I started by SUPSUN Train to St Pets, very early in the morning. I had an excursion around Petropavlovskaya fortress and then we drove to the Vasilievsky island at the Smolensky cemetery with Ksenya Petrburzhskaya. It was really gorgeous. Both places I enjoyed a lot, even though it was windy and freezing. On Nov 19/20 my schoolchildren did PETs exam at LLink. I was there SE - Interlocutor, not Assessor. Thank God!!!
